It's time! The 2017 72 Hour Shootout filmmaking competition launches the 13th annual Shootout around the world! Join us live in NYC or, via livestream, from anywhere in the world with wifi for our last hurrah before the 8pm EST announcement of the secret THEME of this year's filmmaking competition - upon which all the films must be based! Once the theme is announced, the clock starts ticking and film teams have 72 hours to complete short films of 5 minutes and under. Judges include ABC's Executive Director of Casting and prizes include everything from NBC mentorships to cash. Anyone can compete from anywhere - all you need is access to wifi. Learn more at www.film-lab.org.
The Launch Party is a chance to create last minute teams, register for the competition, network, enjoy treats and gifts from our sponsors, and just have fun! See you there!!
