Event Description

The world premiere of "Amanogawa," performed by the Kitsune Ensemble and theatrical director/designer Tomi Tsunoda.

This multidisciplinary performance will meld experimental and traditional musical and theatrical techniques to explore surprising subtexts of the ancient Tanabata legend.

Performance of "Amanogawa" is made possible in part with public funds from the Manhattan Community Arts Fund, supported by the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs and administered by the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council.
