In celebration of the Met’s landmark exhibition Silla: Korea’s Golden Kingdom, Met Museum Presents welcomes DIGITAL BUDDHA, a multimedia performance video with Jin Hi Kim (Komungo) and Gerry Hemingway (Percussion). Jin Hi Kim is highly praised as both an innovative komungo (Korean fourth century fretted board zither) virtuoso and for her cross-cultural compositions. Kim and Hemingway have been collaborating since 2003. This captivating improvisational journey is free with Museum admission.

This event is in conjunction with the exhibition, Silla: Korea’s Golden Kingdom, on view through February 23, 2014.
