Atelier Bow-Wow sparks a conversation on Tokyo’s changing architectural landscape with Shohei Shigematsu, a Partner at OMA and the Director of OMA’s New York office, who is engaged in Tokyo’s current phase of urban development with projects like the highly anticipated Toranomon Hills Station Tower and the New Museum second building in New York, whose design has just been unveiled.
