This class is for beginning your day with peace & natural energy during summer!
It's great to release your feeling with hands motion which express emotions and nature (wave, wind, flower, etc) like sign language. Also, you learn hip movements and simple steps with Hawaiian music which has a healing sound wave. Over the course of the eight classes, we'll learn a short choreography, "Aloha Oe."
Let's detox our body and mind, and develop elegant strength and flexibility. You'll meet your own beauty in this class!
*In a class...you put colorful flowers on hair and dance!
