Utilizing dramatic form and hands‐on acting techniques, families learn about the cultural significance of ghosts and ancestry in both Chinese and American culture. Through improvisational theater games, this workshop will highlight the similarities and differences between the Chinese “Ghost Festival” and the American “Halloween” and invite families to share their own holiday experiences and traditions.
