Event Description

Butoh as a tool for presence and self-confidence

In this workshop we will focus on exercises and elements in Butoh that enhance our stage presence and self confidence.

Butoh builds on some key principles that can create powerful performers and help us with self acceptance and confidence. By working with focus, centring, dedication and sincerity we will train and learn how to incorporate these elements in a way that will aid us in any form of stage performance as well as in our private lives.

This workshop is open to both professional performers and laypeople. No prior experience in Butoh is required.
