Resobox ,a  Japanese owned cafe & culture Exhibition center, invites Chef Andy Matsuda , to teach you hands on how to convert classic rolls to new fashionable sushi Maki rolls . Sushi rolls are globally famous and a healthy supper you can casually make at home. Once you learn it, your home party will be gorgeously enhanced. Chef Matsuda’s  teaching method and philosophy has inspired many people throughout the world and been featured in Newsweek , People Magazine , LA times and many other medias outlets.

Chef Matsuda’s vision is  to impart his knowledge of Sushi to various people. He eagerly  teaches  and expresses his gratitude toward nature, love among individuals and peace among countries.
