INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY: New York Musical Theater Festival Fall 2017 Interships

The award-winning New York Musical Festival is seeking interns to help as preparations begin for the 2018 Festival. Positions are available in the Executive/Development, General Management, Programming, and Marketing departments.

The internship program exposes young professionals to the world of non-profit theater administration and production. Interns are active participants in the day-to-day operations of all facets of the company. Our interns not only gain valuable skills in the industry but also receive support and feedback from their supervisors and fellow staff, as well as exposure to a diverse array of non-profit and commercial theater organizations and professionals.

NYMF interns are independent, organized, and comfortable under pressure. They also have strong writing, research, and communication skills.

Internships are open to undergraduate and graduate students, as well as early-career professionals. All interns receive a monthly travel stipend after successful completion of their internship. Alternatively, college credit can be arranged in lieu of a stipend.
