POSITION: Director of Development

Dramatists Guild Foundation (DGF) seeks an entrepreneurial and dynamic Director of Development to lead and oversee all fundraising including annual, major and planned giving. Over the past five years, DGF’s annual operating budget has tripled and the majority of our infrastructural growth has been supported by significant gains in contributed income. DGF are seeking a self-directed fundraising professional with a strong passion for theater who wants to make a meaningful difference during the next phase of the organization’s evolution.
DGF are interested in meeting with experienced professionals who can thrive in a small office as a strategic thinker, overseeing a full-time Development Manager and part-time Development Associate. They/she/he will report directly to the Executive Director and will also work closely with the staff and an incredible Board of award-winning business and theater professionals.
This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.
