Theatre Communications Group (TCG) is seeking a full-time Membership Associate to provide administrative support for the Membership Department, which serves over 700 organizational members and 12,000 individual members. Membership is a core part of TCG’s work in supporting the growing network of theatres across the country with a broad range of TCG’s services. This includes growing their membership circle with emphasizing outreach to a broad spectrum of aesthetic and cultural viewpoints, organizational structure, budget sizes and missions.

What You Will Be Doing:
What You Need for this Role:
The ideal candidate will have an administrative background, with 2+ years’ experience working in theatre and/or a service-oriented field. Superior communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as is the ability to work collaboratively and keep calm under pressure. Should be highly motivated and detail oriented, with strong organizational skills. Strong computer skills, including intermediate experience with all MS Office applications is required. An interest in theatre and a sense of humor is strongly preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting salary range for this position is between $38,000 and $40,000, with a comprehensive benefits package.
