Short-Term Sublet Needed in New York: July 27 through August 29 / less than $1000 per month / Brooklyn or Manhattan

I am a Berlin-based theater-maker from Taiwan, who is coming to NY this summer to be a part of an amazing pilot festival of the international directors collective "WorldWideLab" at the Irondale Center in Brooklyn.
The duration of my stay will be from July 27 to August 29, during which I will mostly be in rehearsals or in the city. Any place that has a bed, an air-con, an access to a bathroom, Wi-Fi & kitchenette to make coffee and light food and is within walking distance (max. 30 min.) or a short subway-ride to Fort Greene / Brooklyn is very much appreciated!
Preferably below $1000 - the less, the merrier.
