Spring and Summer Grant Applications Now Open

Application Deadline: January 22, 2018

NeON Arts—a free program of the Neighborhood Opportunity Network (NeON) that is open to the entire city—is seeking artists and arts organizations to implement arts projects in seven neighborhoods across New York City for its spring and summer rounds. NeON Arts provides funding to grant winners to produce programs in partnership with the NeONs, which engage youth and community members in arts programming and connect local residents to opportunities, resources, and services in their neighborhoods.

Pitch presentations for both rounds take place throughout January to allow artists and arts organizations to present their applications and project ideas. The spring round (funding up to $15,000) takes place from April through June, and the summer round (funding up to $8,000) takes place from July through September. Artists and arts organizations can apply to both rounds.
