Dear A4 artists and friends,
A friend of mine has to relinquish her studio at Reis Studios (formerly Juvenal Reis Studios) at 43-01 22nd Street, LIC, to return to Brazil.
Her studio is on the second floor, 22 feet x 11 feet, with windows along one side and lots of light. The price is $700/month and includes water, heat, and electricity. She will also leave a table for the next occupant. Her lease runs until May 2012.
She would be happy to have someone take the whole space, or for 2 (or more) to share.
