- ASPIRE is a program designed towards encouraging more Asian American young women to step up to community leadership and public service. This project will be carried out by way of an eight-meeting seminar group, where participants will not only learn the ropes of stepping into the predominantly-male leadership sphere but also form bonds with other aspiring leaders and use the meetings as a forum to discuss their own difficulties with being an Asian-American female leader.
