Your Artistic Background/Mission
To support Asians in the Arts, as a member of LAKMA in Los Angeles, and in my travels with Camerata of Los Angeles and Pacific Chorale and Symphony in Costa Mesa, California.
Your Creative Influences
Leonard Bernstein, who conducted me at Tanglewood as a Young Artist in the Boston University summer voice program; Seiji Ozawa, whom I lunched with while studying there, Yo-Yo Ma, whom I admired at Tanglewood and at San Francisco Symphony as a youth, and Jessye Norman (sang in her master class), plus Frederika von Stade (watched her master class).
