Your Creative Influences
Yoon Cho's work focuses on the process of loss and the search for identity while examining the impermanence and instability of human nature that is constantly changing and evolving in time. The performances captured in her photographs and videos are inspired by adaptation to new social and physical environments across national and international borders. Yoon Cho's interest in individual identity as a performance and social construct has expanded to encompass the investigation of metaphysical states of the collective human experiences.
