I TRADE CONTROL FOR EXPANSION: a multigenre writing workshop

Saturday, February 17, 2024
2 – 3:30PM

This is an online multi-genre writing workshop led to fundraise for the W.O.W. Project.

In this generative workshop inspired by the year of the dragon, e.jin will take up poet Victoria Chang’s manifestation to “trade control for expansion” in writing. Through close readings, discussion, and writing exercises designed to move beyond self-imposed blocks, boundaries, and other limits in drafting, each participant will generate one poem-sized work of writing. (This workshop is open to writers/creators of all genres/mediums).
