I went to Memphis without knowing what it is. I guess I was super lucky choosing Memphis as my destination among a long list of random American city names. Memphis has its own unique beauty that is untouched by time. It showed me a glimpse of the city from the past and fueled my imagination of America. It occurs to me later, that my vision today is very much influenced by the landscape in Memphis. To me, this group of photos is more like a diary, both visually and emotionally.
