35 Garvey Murals

35 Garvey is a new mixed-use development currently under construction in Everett, MA. The project will transform a vacant, former industrial site in the city’s evolving Commercial Triangle into a mixed-income, transit-oriented development. This project will support the Commercial Triangle District’s emergence as a vibrant, creative, mixed-use neighborhood with transit-oriented residential, retail, and pedestrian corridors. They are commissioning two large-scale exterior murals on the building’s prominent 2nd street façade and within the interior amenity courtyard.

The goal of the mural commissions is to activate the new building through public art, providing a distinctive visual identity, while supporting, welcoming and uplifting the local creative community.
