The International Studio & Curatorial Program (ISCP) is pleased to announce an open call for a six-month, fully-funded residency for visual artists from September 1, 2024–February 28, 2025 supported by the Helen Frankenthaler Foundation.

ISCP is currently accepting applications from visual artists whose work in painting, drawing and/or printmaking is characterized by a spirit of innovation and who would like to engage with ISCP’s unique and dynamic programming and creative community.

Requirements

Eligibility: This is an opportunity for artists whose work in painting, drawing and/or printmaking is characterized by a spirit of innovation. Artists must be eligible to work in the United States, and have never done a residency at ISCP.

Selection: The selection committee of three jurors reviews applications based on quality, originality and artistic merit. Other consideration factors are: the potential impact of the residency on the applicant, the applicant’s past accomplishments, and preparedness to undertake the residency. Interviews with finalists will be held by the selection committee as needed.

Residency dates: September 1, 2024–February 28, 2025
